Fuchs TITALUB VG 60 Vegetable Oils Based Cutting Oil

TITALUB VG 60 is a fluid and transparent neat cutting oil based on vegetable oils, reinforced with typical additives.

TITALUB VG 60 is a biodegradable neat cutting oil. 

TITALUB VG 60 is aimed to chip removal operation lubrication, when appears important friction between tool and part. It is suitable for all ferrous and nonferrous metals, including difficult alloys : aluminiumsilicium, carbon low content steels, cooper and brass, which can give a tool metallization. TITALUB VG 60 has been specially developed for microspraying applications. It is convenient also for stamping and forming operations on metallic sheets with a low thickness. TITALUB VG 60 has very high lubricating properties and gives very good results for drilling, milling, sawing, tapping and profiling  

To optimise service life, the machine should be flushed thoroughly using RENOCLEAN SMC+ prior to recharging with fresh fluid.
