Classic EP140 is a high-viscosity mineral-oil gear oil containing extreme pressure, anti-wear and anti-oxidant additives, making it the ideal choice to protect against problems due to corrosion, gear wear and oil oxidation. This oil is particularly suitable for vehicles where age wear has occurred, due to its high viscosity.

Classic EP140 is recommended where a high-viscosity oil meeting API-GL4 is specified: for the lubrication of conventional spiral bevel final drives, mild hypoid axles, spur and helical gears, and other applications.
