HeatShield Cool Foil Thermal Insulating Tape - 2" x 10ft Roll

This Cool Foil Tape from HeatShield is a lightweight & insulating thermal foil tape that reflects radiant heat away from wires, lines, cables and more on your car, 4x4, motorcycle or just about anything, allowing you to increase your fuel efficiency and extend the life of your vehicle’s components.

You can use this tape to insulate components without disassembly, or to be used as a means to finish off other forms of thermal insulation to prevent fraying.

Made from industrial-strength aluminium foil, this heat barrier tape features an adhesive backing for easy installation and sticks well to most clean surfaces. It is very economical compared to other forms of heat protective aluminium tape. Reducing up to 80% of radiant heat, it is designed to withstand temperatures of 538°C continuously and up to 204°C with direct contact. 

Caution: This product is electrically conductive. Be sure to insulate any terminals, wires or circuits that may come in contact with this product.
