At Opies, it is our aim to ensure that any product we are sending out is with you swiftly, but also packaged as securely as possible before it leaves our depot.
Due to the nature of products that we dispatch nationally and internationally, there is a chance, however small, that in-transit damages and general wear can occur. Sometimes, despite our best efforts with modern packaging and attention to detail, it is unavoidable that the couriers can cause damage, resulting in a leak. Because of these very rare occurrences, we have put in place the "Opie Oils No Leak Guarantee".
This guarantee will give you peace of mind that if your order is damaged in-transit by the couriers, you will be covered. You will not be losing out financially, or with regards to your ordered product. The No Leak Guarantee will ensure that in the rare event of a leak, Opie Oils will send out replacement product for the quantity that is lost or unusable.
For example, if you have lost 2 litres from a 5 litre container of oil, all you need to do is give us a call to inform us of the damage, and we will send out 2 litres of the same product to account for what has been lost. We will deal with any leakages as a priority, as we take courier damages very seriously - You will receive your replacement quantity of lost oil on an upgraded shipping service to ensure that it is with you as soon as possible to avoid any further inconvenience.
We understand that not all situations are as straight forward as simply losing a litre of oil, and our range of products is diverse.
