Carriage Charges & Delivery Information

You can order for delivery to your home or work address, or to an alternative address - whatever's convenient for you!

UK delivery usually takes less than 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed as well as a shipping notification email. You can also check the status of your order by signing in to your account.

For international deliveries please email us with your order details and we will keep you updated.

Carriage prices reflect our own courier costs - we do not look to make a profit on carriage! This is to ensure our prices remain as competitive as possible. If you have any queries regarding our carriage charges or delivery to an address, please contact us.

All carriage charges EXCLUDE 17.5% VAT

We do not charge VAT on orders to the Channel Islands - please ensure you select "Channel Islands" for your country.

PLEASE NOTE: The weight of oil works out around a Kilo per Litre but this may differ per product.

We do not deliver to Andorra, the Canary Islands, Corsica, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Malta, San Marino or Turkey.This is due to courier restrictions.
