You can collect your parcel from a UPS Access Point™ location chosen by you and at a time that fits your daily routine.
How Does UPS Access Point™ Work?
- UPS Access Point™ offers a convenient "click and collect" alternative to home delivery.
- You can collect your parcel from a UPS Access Point™ location chosen by you and at a time that fits your daily routine.
- Locations include newsagents, petrol stations and convenience stores.
- UPS Access Point™ locations offer a broad range of opening hours (e.g. early in the morning, late in the evening, over the weekend).
- Delivery to a UPS Access Point™ location usually arrives within 1 working day from the shipped date, but please note that this is not a guaranteed next day service and all orders are subject to our usual order handling times before we ship your order. You will receive an e-mail notification when your parcel arrives and is ready to collect.
- You have 10 calendar days to collect your parcel at the chosen UPS Access Point™ location. After the 10th day, your parcel will be sent back to us. Once returned, a £2.50 standard return fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that the original shipping and handling charge is non-refundable.
- No additional charge for Scottish Highlands / Grampian.
- More secure than a courier "leaving safe" if you are not in.
Where's My Nearest Access Point™ location?
Collecting your parcel at an Access Point™ location
- Government-issued photo ID – driver's licence, passport, foreign national or military ID
OR - Any other photo ID containing your full name
PLUS
One of the following documents containing your full name:
- Utility / phone bill
- Council tax bill
- Wage slip
- Bank statement.
- Please bring with you a proof of your identity:
- Ask for the UPS parcel by your name.
- If someone else is collecting on your behalf, he or she needs to bring your photo ID based on above criteria, as well as show his or her own government-issued photo ID. The UPS Access Point™ location will record their signature, name, type of ID presented and the number of the ID on a PDA device for record purposes.
