Gulf Formula GVX 5w-30 is a high quality 100% synthetic, low emission engine oil, developed to meet the requirements of the entire range of Volkswagen cars, including PD diesel engines but excluding older versions of the VW R5 engine (used in light trucks) and V10 Touareg Pumpeduese (PD) engines (pre week 21 / 2006).

Gulf Formula GVX has been developed to extend life and maintain efficiency of the after treatment devices (e.g. catalytic converters and diesel particulate filters) used in the latest diesel and petrol passenger cars and has been designed for outstanding performance even with extended oil change intervals.

Gulf Formula GVX - Recommended Applications:

• Formula GVX is recommended for use in all Volkswagen car and van petrol and diesel engines requiring VW 504 00 or VW 507 00 oils for extended service intervals
• Formula GVX is also recommended for use in Volkswagen PD diesel engines
• Also strongly recommended for the latest generation of high performance petrol and diesel engines in passenger cars and vans, equipped with exhaust treatment devices such as particulate filters, catalytic converters and requiring ACEA A3/B4, Mercedes MB 229.51 oil or BMW Longlife-04 oil.
• Formula GVX is NOT suitable for V10, R5 engines or VW Commercial vehicles without a DPF (diesel particulate filter) – these must use a VW 506 01 specification oil instead

Standard UK mainland carriage is now a great flat rate of £4.99 (Inc Vat) no matter what the weight (excludes some Highland post codes).

How long will it take to get my order?

When placing an order with Opie Oils, we'll do all we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The vast majority of items are held in stock and dispatched from our UK warehouse. UK delivery will take less than 7 working days (i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive), unless we contact you to advise otherwise.
