Comma CV Lith-Moly Grease NLGI 2 Lithium Molybdenum

Comma's CV Lith-Moly Grease (CV500G) is a lithium based grease of number 2 (medium) consistency containing molybdenum disulphide. It is specially formulated for use in constant velocity or homokinetic joints.

The exclusive formula features a high amount of extreme pressure (EP) additives to give long life under heavy loads, as well as corrosion protection properties which inhibit rust to protect bearing surfaces.

Includes a laminar solid lubricant which overcomes boundary lubrication and is chemically compatible with polymeric boot material.

Usage Directions:

1. Never over pack the bearing
2. It is good practice to remove the old grease before new grease is introduced
3. If used grease cannot be removed, this grease is generally compatible with other lithium based greases
4. When mixed with other grease types, this grease should be satisfactory below an operating temperature of 80 °C
