If you have registered on our web site, you can log in to your account to check the status of your order by viewing your order history. This will tell you where your order is up until we dispatch it to Royal Mail or our courier.
When we dispatch your order, you will receive an email notification (as long as you provided a valid email address when ordering).
We'll send you an email with your tracking number so that you can track your order with the courier. If you don't receive your tracking number, please contact us and we'll send it on to you.

The amount of information they can provide is often very limited, but you can see when they have attempted delivery.
For overseas orders, we use a variety of couriers; please contact us for your tracking details if you don't receive them via email.
