Apec Trailing Arm (AST3426) Fits: Ford Rear Axle Left

The Apec Trailing Arm (AST3426) is supplied in OE matching quality, has been thoroughly tested for accuracy and endurance to maintain the superior quality of Apec products, and is suitable for selected Mercedes vehicles.

Trailing arms have the crucial function of being the link between the suspension and the frame of your vehicle. They work by keeping the strut in position, absorbing forces when accelerating, decelerating, and turning corners. Because of the suspension, track control arms or suspension arms need to be mounted correctly so the wheels can move up and down while staying in contact with the ground, maintaining stability and making steering more secure and comfortable. This makes a precise fit vital to performance.

Although these parts are designed to withstand substantial impact and wear, they do have a limited lifespan like all vehicle components and will need replacing from time to time.
