Suspension bushes are the rubber parts found between the suspension and steering joints. They play an important role in protecting the suspension system by preventing metal-on-metal contact and absorbing shocks and vibration. By reducing noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) they also make a contribution to the overall comfort of the ride.

Although bushings are designed to withstand substantial impact and wear, they do have a limited lifespan like all vehicle components and will need replacing from time to time.
