Gates Camshaft Adjustment Control Valve (VVS140)

Many vehicles are equipped with variable valve timing (VVT) systems which optimize engine performance, improving fuel economy and reducing emissions. This Gates Camshaft Control Valve (VVS140) electronically controls the flow of pressured oil to and from the camshaft actuator to either advance or reduce timing.
