With this design, the seal and valve spring seat are combined into a handy, single component. After installation, the valve stem seal is easily and securely fixed in the engine by the valve spring.

These cylinder-head cover gaskets are designed to withstand high and low temperatures, providing a strong, reliable seal with minimal tightening. Victor Reinz cover gaskets only use high-quality rubbers in order to cope with tough demands. Cylinder-head cover gaskets are increasingly produced with profiles and are not flat, meaning the gasket surface is provided with beads or lips. With this new gasket cover design, instead of the entire gasket surface, only the profile needs to be pressed, which is the sealing bead or sealing lip. A small amount of bolting force creates sufficient deformation and adaptation.
