The Gates Camshaft Adjustment Control Valve (VVS179) electronically controls the flow of pressured oil to and from the camshaft actuator to either advance or reduce timing.

Restores performance, fuel efficiency, and emissions on engines with VVT systems. Fits select models with intake or exhaust camshaft timing control.
