Liqui Moly Brake Anti-Squeal Paste (Can With Brush)

Liqui Moly Brake Anti-Squeal Paste is a special synthetic lubricant for the brake system. It is extremely adherent, resistant to road salt and splash water. It prevents and eliminates squealing noises that occur between brake caliper pistons or contact points and the brake lining. It secures the function of the entire brake system and prevents seizing or rust freezing of the rims on the wheel hub. Its operating temperature range is -40 °C to +1,200 °C.

It is designed for fitting, repair and maintenance work on brake systems and can be used for basic lubrication and as a preventive measure against brake squeals. It is highly suitable as a universal paste for numerous applications apart from brake systems.

For the entire brake system: disc brake pads, studs, pins as well as contact points for drum brakes. Separating paste for centring rings on aluminium rims, connection points between rims and wheel hubs and other plugged and screwed connections.

Application

With floating brake calipers, first clean all sliding surfaces, channels and contact surfaces using a brush or brake file. Next, clean the brake components with Liqui Moly Rapid Cleaner Spray (Part Number 3318). After the solvent has evaporated, apply the paste to the cleaned parts on all sliding surfaces, channels and contact surfaces.

Do not apply paste to the friction surface of the lining or the brake disc.
