This ignition coil is of the plug top coil design. Plug top coils are fitted directly on to the spark plug, but also supply an additional spark plug via an ignition cable. Each ignition coil supplies 2 spark plugs, therefore several of these coils may be required depending on the quantity of spark plugs present.
