Acid & corrosion control: protects against corrosion by controlling the acids formed as the fuel burns
Wear control: maintains strongly protective oil films to keep critical engine components working
Deposit control: resists high-temperature oxidation, thereby keeping engines clean from deposits

Shell Rimula R4 X is suitable for most modern low emission engines meeting Euro 5, 4, 3, 2, and US 2002 emission requirements. It is also suitable for use with biodiesel per the OEM recommended oil drain intervals.
