Motul 4100 Protect 10w-30 Synthetic Technosynthese Car Engine Oil

Motul 4100 Protect 10w-30 is a Synthetic Technosynthese lubricant specially designed for conventional cars, pick-up trucks or LCVs, powered by petrol and diesel engines, naturally aspirated or turbocharged, indirect or direct injection, carburettor or injection, with or without a catalytic converter.

Motul 4100 Protect 10w-30 provides improved deposit protection for increased engine cleanliness. Its viscosity grade SAE 10W-30 is fully suitable for many petrol and diesel engines working in all climate conditions and is designed to allow reduced oil consumption.

The standard API CG-4 provides effective control over high-temperature piston deposits, wear, corrosion, foaming, oxidation stability and soot accumulation. API CG-4 category engine oils may be used where API CD, CE and CF-4 standards are recommended.

The standard API SL is more stringent than API SJ in terms of ageing resistance (average drain interval increased), requires anti-oxidation properties that maintain a constant viscosity avoiding sludge and deposits in the crankcase, anti-wear properties and dispersant power, and fuel economy benefits.

The reinforced synthetic Technosynthese base stock provides very high lubricating power which reduces frictions, decreases the volatility and ensures resistance to very high temperatures reached in modern engines.

Suitable for many types of fuels: (leaded or unleaded) petrol, LPG, Flex fuel & diesel. Compatible for catalytic converters.
